Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Strategic ACO Contract Manager to lead complex negotiations with hospitals, physician groups, and other providers in a remote US-based role. You will craft contracting strategies balancing financial performance, quality outcomes, network adequacy, and affordability.

The ideal candidate has eight years of healthcare contracting experience, strong analytical skills, and proven relationship management to drive value-based arrangements and sustainable provider partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least eight years of healthcare contracting or provider relations experience.
• Strong background in health plan operations, contracting strategies, and data analytics.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and contractual language.
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial objectives and guidelines.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle from initiation through renewal and closure.
• Maintain contract language and reimbursement terms with policy changes.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve contractual disputes.
• Assess network performance and identify opportunities for cost and quality improvements.
• Develop innovative contracting arrangements (e.g., ACO) supporting value-based models.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts meet regulatory and business needs.
• Monitor performance and support ongoing contracting objectives.
