Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of healthcare contracting experience.
• Experience with value-based methodologies and ACO arrangements.
• Knowledge of provider contracting strategies, reimbursement structures, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligning with financial objectives and guidelines.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and closure with deadlines.
• Maintain contract language and reimbursement terms with policy changes.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and senior contracting partners.
• Address provider concerns and resolve contractual disputes to sustain partnerships.
• Evaluate network performance for cost efficiency and quality improvements.
• Support provider recruitment and network adequacy initiatives.
• Develop innovative value-based contracting arrangements to improve outcomes and financial results.
• Analyze complex financial arrangements and risk-based models to find viable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contracts support priorities and regulatory requirements.
