Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Strategic ACO Contract Manager based in the United States to lead complex negotiations with hospitals, physician groups, and other healthcare providers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Eight+ years of healthcare contracting or provider relations experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligning with financial objectives.
• Oversee contracts through initiation, negotiation, execution, renewal, amendment, and closure.
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms with policy changes.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve contractual disputes.
• Evaluate provider/network performance and identify cost/quality improvements.
• Develop innovative contracting arrangements including ACO and value-based models.
• Perform financial modeling and risk-based contracting analyses to support contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business priorities.
