Job summary

Jobgether partners with a US-based organization to fill a Strategic ACO Contract Manager role. This remote position focuses on negotiating, drafting, and managing provider contracts across hospitals and physician groups, balancing financial performance with quality and affordability.

You will lead end-to-end contract lifecycle management, develop innovative value-based arrangements, and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least eight years of healthcare contracting or provider relations experience.
• Strong negotiation, risk-based contracting, and data analytics skills.
• Experience with financial models and reimbursement structures.
• Ability to interpret complex legal documents and contracts.
• Proven relationship management with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with ability to develop creative contracting solutions.
• Adaptable and able to address evolving provider network needs.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial objectives and reimbursement guidelines.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal, ensuring deadlines and obligations are met.
• Maintain contract language and fee schedules in line with policy changes.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve contract-related issues.
• Evaluate network performance and identify cost, quality, and service improvements.
• Support provider recruitment and network adequacy initiatives.
• Develop innovative contracting arrangements, including ACO and value-based models.
• Analyze complex financial arrangements and reimbursement methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties to support network management and contracting objectives.
