• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of healthcare contracting or provider relations experience.
• Strong negotiation skills with health plan operations exposure.
• Solid understanding of risk-based agreements, reimbursement structures, and data analytics.
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial objectives and templates.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and closure, tracking deadlines and obligations.
• Update contract language and fee schedules in line with policy changes and reimbursement structures.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve disputes to support long-term partnerships.
• Evaluate network performance to identify cost, quality, and service improvements.
• Support provider recruitment and network adequacy initiatives and provider-facing marketing.
• Develop innovative contracting arrangements, including ACO and value-based models.
• Analyze financial arrangements and risk-based contracts for viable outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contracts meet business priorities and regulatory needs.
• Perform other duties to support network management and contracting objectives.
