Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Strategic ACO Contract Manager in the United States for a remote role. You will lead complex provider contract negotiations with hospitals and physician groups, shaping strategies that balance financial performance, quality outcomes, and network adequacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least eight years of healthcare contracting experience.
• Proven success negotiating healthcare service contracts, including value-based arrangements.
• Strong knowledge of provider contracting strategies, risk-based agreements, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Remote work eligibility in approved states; United States work authorization.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial objectives and policies.
• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle: negotiation, execution, renewals, amendments, and close.
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms with policy changes.
• Build and sustain trusted provider relationships with senior representatives.
• Identify and resolve contractual disputes to support long-term partnerships.
• Assess network performance and identify cost, quality, and delivery improvements.
• Contribute to network development, adequacy, and provider marketing efforts.
• Develop innovative value-based contracting arrangements to improve outcomes and financial performance.
• Analyze complex financial arrangements and operational implications for viable contracting solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
