Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a strategic, results-driven ACO Contract Manager in the United States for a remote role. You will lead complex contract negotiations, manage provider relationships, and develop value-based contracting strategies across hospitals and physician groups.

You will oversee full contract lifecycle, evaluate network performance, and drive innovations in ACO and risk-based models while balancing financial and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least eight years in healthcare contracting or provider relations.
• Strong understanding of risk-based agreements and reimbursement structures.
• Proven ability to evaluate complex financial arrangements and data.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial objectives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and closure.
• Maintain contract language and reimbursement terms with policy changes.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve contractual disputes.
• Evaluate network performance for cost efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to network development and market adequacy initiatives.
• Develop innovative contracting arrangements including ACO models.
• Analyze financial arrangements and operational impacts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support priorities.
• Perform other duties to support contracting objectives.
