Who We Are

2up.io is a brand new and exciting online casino and sportsbook that is getting ready to launch. We are a spin‑off from one of the most well known brands that has been a principal sponsor of English Premier League football teams. Our focus is on the next generation of iGaming with an emphasis on cryptocurrency, original games, sports and esports for the global stage.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, data‑driven Asia Affiliate Manager with strong local market insights to help us expand into the Asian markets—including China, Vietnam, Japan, Korea and developed Asian countries. You will lead the overall marketing strategy for the Asian markets and take full ownership of end‑to‑end execution. This includes brand promotion, user acquisition, and establishing local partnerships to drive growth and engagement.

Preferred Candidate
  • Strong knowledge of Asian user behavior and local marketing tactics
  • Hands‑on experience driving user growth through local and digital channels
  • Ability to build the market from 0 to 1 and work independently in a remote setup
Ideal Candidates Already Have
  • Established online affiliate networks
  • Established offline affiliate networks
  • Relationships with KOLs, streamers, influencers
  • Familiarity with Telegram/Discord/forums etc. where crypto & casino players gather
  • Experience in private traffic (WeChat groups, Telegram communities etc.)
  • Knowledge of CPS/CPA and revenue‑sharing models
What You’ll Do
Affiliate & Partner Growth
  • Leverage your strong network of affiliates, KOLs/influencers, and community/online forum resources to rapidly build traffic channels and drive user acquisition in the platform’s early stage.
  • Recruit & Onboard new affiliate partners aligned with our brand values and audience.
  • Nurture relationships with existing partners through clear communication, support, and incentive programs.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Design and launch impactful affiliate campaigns with tailored promotions, creative assets, and landing pages.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage marketing spend effectively, ensuring strong ROI.
  • Operational Support: Provide hands‑on assistance to streaming and affiliate partners across campaign cycles.
Marketing & Growth in Asia
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and accelerate user growth across Asian markets.
  • Plan and run localized campaigns: online advertising, content marketing, community activations, and influencer collaborations.
  • Analyze user behavior and market data to refine acquisition strategies and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Craft culturally relevant messaging and promotional content tailored to target audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, tech, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Deliver regular market insights and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and sharpen strategy.
Job Requirements

Please apply ONLY IF you have relevant and proven work experience in the online crypto casino industry.

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a background in iGaming, crypto, esports, gaming platforms, or online gambling industries.
  • Possesses strong resources across online and offline channels, including affiliates, KOLs, livestreamers, influencers, forums, communities, and private traffic networks, with the ability to rapidly scale user acquisition.
  • Familiar with Asian market channels, such as Telegram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Twitch, Kick, influencer/affiliate partnerships, community operations, other sports‑focused livestream platforms or marketing groups.
  • Experienced in overseas Asian markets, including China, Vietnam, Japan, Korea and developed Asian countries.
  • Proven track record in brand building, campaign planning, and user growth.
  • Capable of independently planning and executing brand campaigns that drive engagement.
  • Well‑versed in platforms like Telegram, Discord, crypto‑related forums, and other Asian user communities.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools, with a results‑driven and self‑motivated mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment, with strong cross‑functional communication skills.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • At least one Asian language (Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean or others).
