Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Account Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients, working with the sales team to keep them and grow them.

You will drive retention, identify upsells, and partner with strategists and delivery teams to present a single voice to clients, while carrying a quota and earning base plus commission on a 50/50 split. This is a full-time remote role in North America.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience.
• Proven track record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow your book of clients across retention and renewals.
• Identify and close upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Collaborate with strategists and delivery teams to ensure a single, cohesive client voice.
