Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency serving marketing-led brands with paid media, SEO, CRO and web services. As Agency Account Manager you own an established book of recurring clients, focusing on retention, renewals, and growth.

You will drive upsells, collaborate with strategists and delivery teams, and manage a seven-figure quota across retention and upsells while ensuring the client hears one clear voice from your team.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience is required.
• Proven track record of keeping clients and selling them more work.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own retention across your book: relationships, renewals, early warning on drift.
• Drive upsells and expansion: identify next project within each client and close.
• Manage a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Collaborate with strategists and delivery teams to present a single voice to the client.
