Base plus commission, split 50/50. You will work with strategists and delivery teams to ensure clients hear one clear voice and hit a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency.
• Proven track record of keeping clients and selling more work with measurable results.
• Comfort carrying a quota and meeting targets.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow an established book of recurring clients across paid media, SEO, CRO and web work.
• Drive upsells and expansion by identifying new projects within each account.
• Maintain a seven-figure annual quota for retention and upsells.
