Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an Agency Account Manager to own an established book of recurring clients. This remote role focuses on retention, renewals, and growing the client portfolio across paid media, SEO, CRO and web services.

You will upsell new projects, coordinate with strategists and delivery teams, and ensure a single clear voice for every client, while meeting a seven-figure annual quota. Remote work within USA or Canada is supported.

Qualifications

• Experience managing agency accounts in marketing or digital services.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and selling additional work.
• Comfortable managing a revenue quota and articulating value.
