You will keep them, grow them, and ensure alignment with strategists and the delivery team. This full-time role offers remote work across the USA or Canada, a base salary with commission, and the opportunity to hit a seven-figure quota through retention and upsells.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and selling additional work.
• Comfort carrying a sales quota and explaining value to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of recurring agency clients and drive retention.
• Identify and close upsell opportunities within each client.
• Collaborate with strategists and delivery teams to present a single voice.
• Meet a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
