Job summary

Xplor is seeking an Account Executive to join the Pay Direct Sales team in the payments space. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and activation bonuses, with full training and support.

You'll sell payment processing solutions to local businesses, educate owners on saving money, and close deals to earn commissions. Remote US work is supported, with top performers earning $100K+ annually and benefits such as health, 401K, and W2 status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred)
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
