Job summary

Xplor Pay is hiring an Account Executive to drive direct sales of payment processing solutions across the United States. This is a 100% commission-based role with training and support to help you build your own portfolio.

You’ll meet with local businesses, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions, with residual income and opportunities to advance at our Presidents Club and annual conference. Remote work is supported nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, networking with hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
