Xplor Group is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role focuses on closing deals with local businesses, offering payment processing solutions and generating long-term residual income.

You will work remotely, prospect, and educate clients, with activation bonuses and ongoing training provided. Strong communication and closing skills are essential for success in this high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Alignment with core values and a good human to work with.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
