Xplor is seeking an Account Executive for its Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role emphasizes freedom, flexibility, and residual income, with activation bonuses and monthly commissions.

You’ll work with a portfolio across merchant services, closing deals while learning through comprehensive training. You can work fully remote in the US, with the option to visit local businesses to present payment processing solutions and drive growth.

Formación

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
• Align with core values and be a good human

Responsabilidades

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
