Job summary

Xplor Technologies is hiring for a 100% commission-based Account Executive role in the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team, offering uncapped earnings and residual income. The position supports remote work within the United States and includes activation bonuses, weekly pay for bonuses, and ongoing training.

You will educate business owners on payment processing, close deals, and independently build a client portfolio while adhering to our values and growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
