Job summary
A global technology solutions company is seeking a Senior Process Associate for its US institutional Retirement Contact Centre. In this role, you will help customers with inquiries related to their retirement benefits, including answering questions regarding various retirement plans like 401(k) and 403(b). Applicants should have a minimum of two years' retirement contact center experience and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. This position offers a base compensation range of $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retirement contact center experience.
- Ability to work flexible shifts depending on business needs.
- Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps and a quiet workspace.
Responsibilities
