Job summary

Xplor is seeking an Account Executive for its Pay Direct Sales team. This role offers a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and potential for six-figure earnings. You can work fully remote within the United States, with field presence in your team region as needed.

Responsibilities include door-to-door or local business visits to sell payment processing solutions, educating owners on cost savings, and closing deals. Training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions with residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
