Xplor Pay Direct Sales is hiring motivated sales professionals for a 100% commission-based role. You will work remotely across the United States, visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions and show business value through cost savings and streamlined transactions.

Compensation includes activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. Top reps earn $100K+ annually with mentorship, training, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
