Job summary

Xplor Pay is hiring ambitious sales professionals for a 100% commission-based Direct Sales role. You’ll go to local businesses to promote payment processing solutions, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions.

Work independently with full training and support, enjoying flexible scheduling, residuals, weekly activation bonuses, and a path to top earnings in a dynamic payments ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsibilities
