Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers flexible scheduling and control over income, with residual monthly pay on active accounts and activation bonuses.

You will educate local business owners on payment processing, close deals, and participate in mentorship and training programs. Remote work is allowed within the US, with a strong support network and opportunities to advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
