Job summary

Xplor is seeking an Account Executive for its Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and flexible scheduling, suitable for self-driven individuals in the payments space. You will educate merchants, close deals, and receive activation bonuses along with ongoing commissions.

Remote-friendly in the US, with training and mentorship provided. Applicants should be comfortable with door-to-door or in-person selling and meet B2B sales experience preferences.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Face-to-face selling experience preferred
• Self-motivated, resilient with goal orientation
• Experience in sales (door-to-door, merchant services, or similar) preferred

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
