Job summary

Xplor Education is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and uncapped potential, remote nationwide in the United States.

You will educate business owners, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions. The role offers flexibility, training, and a path to long-term residuals within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
