Job summary

Xplor is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and the flexibility to be your own boss, with activation bonuses and monthly commissions on active accounts.

Successful candidates thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment, have B2B sales experience, and can manage a portfolio with independence while staying aligned with our core values. Remote work is supported within the team region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling with ability to translate concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
