Job summary

Xplor Education is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, designed for those who want control over their time and income.

As a remote field seller, you will visit local businesses (in your region) or conduct virtual outreach to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions with long-term

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with core values and show integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
