Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales at Xplor Pay is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our growing team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, field-ready flexibility, and full training to help you manage your time and earnings.

Responsibilities include visiting local businesses, educating owners on payment processing benefits, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses plus monthly commissions. You can work fully remote with regional field support and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
