Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income and portfolio ownership. Remote work available across the U.S. with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

You’ll educate business owners on payment solutions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus ongoing monthly commissions. We provide training, support, and a transparent compensation structure designed for top performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
