Xplor is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and control over time and earnings. You will engage local businesses, educate owners on cost-saving payment processing, and close deals with activation bonuses and ongoing commissions.

Remote work is allowed with regional field requirements. Heavily emphasizes a hunter mentality, self-sourcing leads, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
