Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and activation bonuses. You’ll educate businesses on payment processing and close deals to earn ongoing commissions.

You can work fully remote in the United States, with support and training provided. Compensation includes uncapped commissions, monthly residuals, and incentives tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-sourcing leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
