Job summary

Xplor Education is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and flexibility, with activation bonuses and monthly commissions.

You will educate business owners on payment processing, close deals, and build a field-based portfolio across regions, with full training and mentorship provided. Location is fully remote with eligibility to work and be in the field within your team region.

Qualifications

• 2+ years B2B outside sales experience preferred
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred
• Strong consultative selling skills translating payment concepts into business value
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, networking
• Hunter mentality and team collaboration aligned with company values
• Excellent communication and closing abilities

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on cost saving and streamlined transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
