Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking self-driven sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, flexible schedule, and opportunities to earn activation bonuses and long-term rewards.

You will educate businesses on payment processing, close deals, and work independently with comprehensive training and support. Remote options are available, with potential travel within your region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
