Job summary

Xplor Education is seeking motivated sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. Remote work is possible with regional field requirements.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B outside sales, proven consultative selling skills, and the ability to self-source leads. Health benefits and 401K are included as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
