Job summary

Xplor Education is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, offering the freedom to set your schedule and own your pipeline.

You’ll educate business owners on payment processing benefits, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus ongoing monthly commissions. This remote-friendly position rewards top performers with significant income potential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a big plus.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into clear business value.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
Work independently with full support and training.
