Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and activation bonuses. You will engage local businesses, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals from a remote-capable base within the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions and residuals.
