Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, flexibility, and ownership over your pipeline.

You’ll engage local businesses, educate them on cost savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions. We provide training, weekly activation bonuses, and opportunities to advance with a Presidents Club incentive track.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to self-source leads and hunt for new business

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on savings and streamlined transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
