Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers control over your time and income, with uncapped earnings potential and a residual monthly cadence.

You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses, educate owners on payment processing benefits, close deals, and receive activation bonuses plus ongoing commissions. Remote work is allowed nationwide in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling and networking.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
