Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, designed for self-driven professionals who want flexibility and control over their income.

You will visit local businesses or work remote within the US to present payment processing solutions, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions. Training and full support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
