Job summary

Xplor Technologies seeks motivated sales professionals for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, enabling you to control your time and earnings.

You can work fully remote in this position, with eligibility to be in your team region. Compensation includes activation bonuses and long-term residuals, plus health benefits and a 401K as part of the plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales would be a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
