Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a senior deployment leader to drive end-to-end cloud call-handling deployments for 911-related solutions. You will lead on-site and remote implementations, train customers, and work with multiple internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes strong VoIP experience, AWS expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects while traveling up to 50% of the time. This fully remote position focuses on customer success and scalable deployment processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in a technical role related to VoIP (e.g., PBX, Call Center).
• Proven knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience in planning, executing, and delivering complex projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, and the OSI model.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deployment: Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for cloud call-handling solutions.
• Deployment: Work with customers to understand needs and ensure successful implementations.
• 911 Systems: Provide advanced technical training and knowledge transfer to customers.
• 911 Systems: Collaborate with engineering teams on complex solutions and troubleshooting.
• Customer Relations: Be a trusted advisor and provide ongoing deployment support, including after-hours work.
• Process Improvement: Improve deployment processes and documentation for efficiency and scalability.
• Process Improvement: Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support for seamless delivery.
