Job summary

Axon is hiring for a fully remote role within the United States to lead deployment projects of Carbyne’s SaaS solutions for 911 systems. You will design, implement, and optimize real-time emergency service platforms while training customers and collaborating across engineering, sales, and support teams.

The position emphasizes end-to-end project delivery, strong technical depth in 911 deployments, and a customer-centric approach with after-hours support and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 8+ years in a technical VoIP-related role (PBX, Call Center).
• Proven knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience planning, executing, delivering complex projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, OSI model.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for cloud call-handling solutions.
• Work closely with customers to understand needs and ensure successful implementations.
• Provide advanced technical training and knowledge transfer to customers during deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on complex technical solutions and troubleshooting.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers.
• Provide ongoing support during deployment, including after-hours work on installations.
• Champion a customer-centric approach within the team.
• Continuously improve deployment processes and documentation for efficiency and scalability.
• Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Customer Success and Support to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain strong communication with leadership and stakeholders.
