Job summary

Axon Enterprise is seeking a Unified Communications Integration Engineer to deploy a cloud-based emergency real-time communication platform. You will ensure interoperability of RTC/VoIP services with a focus on security, SLA, and multi-tenant environments.

The role involves hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and client-facing solution delivery, with a hybrid work model and four days in the Seattle office. 3+ years in open-source VoIP deployments and networking are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying open-source UC solutions and VoIP deployments.
• Strong knowledge of networking and OSI model.
• Experience with Linux environments and bash scripting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly available 911 infrastructure as part of a real-time comms team.
• Configure and troubleshoot Carbyne’s UC platform.
• Provide clients with customized UC solutions and services.
• Install, maintain, and integrate PBX/UC projects.
• Create technical specs and solution documents.
• Onboard new customers per requirements and specs via best practices.
• Provide tech support and training for 911 systems.
