Axon is seeking a deployment-focused professional to drive end-to-end cloud call-handling deployments for 911-related solutions. You will train customers, work with engineering on complex issues, and ensure successful implementation while coordinating across multiple teams.

The role is fully remote within the United States with travel up to 50%. A technical background in VoIP and AWS, plus strong communication skills, are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in a technical role related to VoIP (PBX, Call Center).
• Proven knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience planning, executing, and delivering complex projects.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with network infrastructure (routers, firewalls, OSI).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute end-to-end deployment projects for cloud call-handling solutions.
• Work closely with customers to understand needs and ensure successful implementations.
• Provide advanced technical training and knowledge transfer to customers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on complex technical solutions and troubleshooting.
• Be a trusted advisor to customers and provide ongoing deployment support.
• Improve deployment processes and documentation for efficiency and scalability.
• Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support.
