Axiom Technologies is seeking an experienced AV Support Engineer to deliver on-site field support across client locations. You will troubleshoot meeting room AV systems, install new rooms, and coordinate with remote teams to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities include on-site diagnostics, MS Teams Rooms setups, and ongoing documentation. This on-demand role requires strong communication and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV support and meeting room environments.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot AV hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms and associated peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Advanced onsite troubleshooting of AV systems and meetings.
• New meeting room setup, including MS Teams Rooms installations.
• IMACD activities: relocate, replace, or add AV equipment.
• Advanced configuration support and basic DSP setup.
• Network and AV issue isolation with cross-team coordination.
• UAT and meeting room certification with hardware validation.
• Documentation: update tickets, capture logs, maintain as-built docs.
