Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking experienced AV Support Engineers to provide onsite field support for meeting rooms and AV environments at client locations. This on-demand role involves hours that are not guaranteed and requires independent work in the field, with coordination to remote teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot meeting room technologies, AV equipment, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and network connectivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV support and meeting room technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot AV, hardware, networks, and peripherals onsite.
• Experience with remote teams and vendors.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for on-site field support.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Onsite Troubleshooting of AV issues and logging for remote analysis.
• New Meeting Room Setup and Build including MTR, cameras, DSPs, displays, and peripherals.
• IMACD Activities – Install, Move, Add, Change & Decommission of meeting room equipment.
• Advanced Configuration Support via Teams Admin Center and related tools.
• Network & AV Issue Isolation coordinating with network teams and OEM vendors.
• UAT & Meeting Room Certification including testing and sign-off.
• Documentation & Reporting of findings and ticket updates.
