Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting meeting room technologies, AV equipment, Microsoft Teams Rooms, network connectivity, and related peripherals.
• Experience supporting on-demand field service assignments and onsite installations.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Onsite Troubleshooting for AV issues and call quality.
• New Meeting Room Setup & Build including MS Teams Rooms, cameras, DSPs and displays.
• IMACD activities to relocate, replace or decommission AV equipment.
• Advanced Configuration Support for Teams Admin Center and peripheral devices.
• Network & AV Issue Isolation in coordination with network teams.
