Axiom Technologies is seeking an experienced AV Support Engineer – L2 Field Support to provide onsite technical support for meeting room and AV environments across client locations in the Franklin Park area. This on-demand field role will be contacted based on client requirements, with hours and frequency not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AV systems in meeting rooms
• Experience troubleshooting meeting room technologies and peripherals
• Ability to work onsite in field/service environments

Responsibilities

• Advanced Onsite Troubleshooting: diagnose AV issues, collect logs, implement fixes
• New Meeting Room Setup & Build: install and configure Microsoft Teams Rooms and peripherals
• IMACD Activities: relocate equipment and manage changes
• Advanced Configuration Support: assist with Teams Admin Center configurations
• Network & AV Issue Isolation: coordinate with network teams and vendors
• UAT & Meeting Room Certification: perform tests and sign-offs
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain tickets and as-built docs
