Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking an experienced AV Support Engineer – L2 Field Support to provide onsite meetings and AV system troubleshooting across client locations. You will diagnose complex issues with meeting room technologies, AV gear, Teams Rooms, and network connectivity while coordinating with remote teams.

The role is an on‑demand, onsite/field opportunity with variable hours, requiring independence and strong communication with vendors and users on each site.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting meeting room technologies and AV equipment.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and related peripherals.
• Ability to diagnose network connectivity issues onsite.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Onsite Troubleshooting of AV systems and rooms.
• Perform new meeting room setup, including MTR, cameras and displays.
• IMACD activities for meeting rooms, including moves and decommissions.
• Advanced configuration support via Teams Admin Center.
• Network and AV issue isolation in collaboration with IT/network teams.
• Documentation, ticket updates, and post‑visit reporting.
