Job summary

Axiom Technologies in the United States is seeking experienced AV Support Engineers – L2 Field Support to provide onsite technical support for meeting rooms and AV environments across client locations.

This is an on-demand field opportunity where hours and assignment frequency are not guaranteed. You will troubleshoot meeting room tech, AV peripherals, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and network connectivity, coordinating with remote teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting meeting room technologies.
• Experience with AV equipment and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Ability to troubleshoot AV, hardware, network, and connectivity onsite.
• Strong communication and coordination with remote teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex AV issues, collect logs, and implement fixes.
• Install and configure new meeting rooms and Teams Rooms.
• IMACD activities: relocate equipment, replace components.
• Provide local support for predefined configurations via Teams Admin Center.
• Perform UAT and meeting room certification.
